At Macade Golf, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance apparel. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
